A simple birthday goes from fun to funtastic...!

It was my husband’s birthday the next day and I wanted to gift him a t-shirt but as I wanted it to be a total surprise. As, I did know his size and the kind of clothes he likes, I decided to go shopping. I was to go shopping my husband told me that his boss had invited us at his place for dinner today in the evening. I was in a fix as I knew that going shopping was going to be completely out of question as we both won’t be home until late in the night.

I was cursing myself of not getting a gift for him before as I wanted to gift him at midnight. Feeling low I got ready, with my mind constantly racing through the options that I had in hand to buy him a gift. I was unable to come up with any strong excuse and soon it was time to leave. So, we left, with me feeling low and brooding over my spoiled plan.

When we reached, we had a great lunch that was prepared by Namita, my husband’s wife. Over a couple of times that we had met, we had become good friends. As we were cleaning the table, Namita asked me as to what have I planned for my husband’s birthday, and as I told her about my situation, she consoled me and said that I could easily buy him the gift online. Me being a not so tech-savvy person was reluctant to try that option but finally gave in to the arguments Namita was giving me. After all, it sounded like a good option when compared to no having any gift at all.

Together we surfed through the endless options the online t-shirt shop provided us with and finally I was able to pick that one perfect t-shirt for my husband. I was amazed that it was so easy and plus there were plenty of options available and I am sure I saw almost all of them. I was spell-bound by the numerous options provided to shop for t-shirts online. It was more than I could handle. And the best part was that I got it gift wrapped in the morning. It was all worth it in the end, because my husband just loved it.
